Riam Recruiting has the pleasure of partnering with a well-known behavioral and mental health company based in Southern California. With locations in five states, the company has been in business for almost 60 years.
Our client is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee a 26-bed psychiatric health facility (PHF) providing acute inpatient treatment to adults over the age of 18. located in Oakland, California.
This PHF is licensed by the State of California and is accredited by the Joint Commission. It provides a structured, secure environment in a locked setting for people experiencing a high level of distress, with the goal of reducing and stabilizing their symptoms as they work toward recovery.
In this mid-level management position, the clinical director, under the direct supervision of the Administrator, provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- One year in a leadership role
- Three years of postgraduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
COMPENSATION:
$140k-$170k plus a 10k sign-on bonus.
