Riam Recruiting has the opportunity to partner with its long-time client in Oakland, California. They are a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) focusing on "whole patient health" and helping the underserved Asian population. These services include primary care services, mental health, case management, nutrition, and dental care. They currently have around 600 employees.
The Deputy Chief Financial Officer is a member of the Executive Leadership team and provides oversight and development for the organization's overall financial administration. This position will oversee over 20 employees in the department.
They seek someone with at least 10 years of leadership experience in financial management and staff supervision. This will include at least 3 years of experience at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). And if you have experience with the Asian American / Pacific Islander (AAPI) population, even better!
While the client would like someone with a C-Suite background, they would also consider someone with the FQHC background they seek who is looking to take that next step in their career.
The pay range is around $225k-$245k. They are also willing to create a relocation package for the right candidate.
