The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our establishment, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing operational standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Recruiting, selecting, and maintaining a high-performing team of employees.
- Monitoring food cost and quality controls, minimizing waste through efficient purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and rotation procedures.
- Analyzing cash flow, inventory movement, labor costs, and cost of sales on a daily basis.
