Join Our Team as a Product Designer! Lead the design process for our innovative specification products, leveraging your Lean UX expertise and design systems knowledge. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive, compelling user interfaces that meet user needs and reflect our brand identity and design principles. Be a key player in shaping the future of our product suite!
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Design Process: Drive the entire design process for the product line, from research to implementation. Work with the design system team to ensure consistency and scalability across our SaaS platform.
Lean UX Expertise: Use your Lean UX knowledge to conduct workshops, solve business problems, and quickly iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
User Research: Conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to understand user behaviors and pain points. Use insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Collaborate with the product team to create actionable recommendations.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct tests to validate designs and make improvements. Create prototypes and gather user feedback to guide iterative design enhancements.
Event Tracking Data Analysis: Collaborate with the product team to interpret event data, identify user patterns, and optimize user flows for data-driven design decisions.
Collaboration and Communication: Align design strategies with business goals by working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate design with engineering and product development.
Requirements
3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and user-centric design solutions.
Proven experience working with Lean UX methodologies and Agile development processes.
Strong expertise in managing and utilizing design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency in the design process.
Ability to collaborate with the product team to interpret event tracking data and incorporate insights into the design process.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Desired skills and competencies
Proficiency in Figma, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with Dovetail - or similar research tools - for organizing and analyzing user research data efficiently.
Experience using Maze - or similar usability testing tools - for conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback on interactive prototypes.
You are a strong communicator in English and Danish
Understanding the construction industry or related fields is a plus.
