Associate Sales Account Manager

This role is critical in supporting our mission to deliver top-tier service to rural and regional broadband service providers across the U.S. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring efficiency, and enhancing the overall productivity of our sales executives by managing essential operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice and Order Management:
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
- Manage and track small order requests to meet customer needs efficiently.
Shipment Tracking:
- Monitor and follow up on shipment statuses, resolving any delivery-related issues.
Sales Support:
- Assist sales executives with operational tasks to enable them to focus on strategic objectives and customer engagement.
- Ability to uncover additional sales opportunities with existing customers during deployment timeframes
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding order-related inquiries.
Trade Show Representation:
- Occasionally represent the sales team at trade shows, fostering relationships and promoting our services.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and recommend actionable solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of professional experience in sales support, operations, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Experience or interest in working with broadband or telecommunications industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business related field preferred
