Job Description - Client Success Manager @ Ribeye Media


At Ribeye Media, the Client Success Manager is a vital member of the Client Success team that is supporting a book of business that grows by the day. This team member will play a key role in ensuring campaign success & highlighting campaign learnings to better support our clients. Lead conversations and own accounts to help increase revenue through up-sell opportunities. Compensation: $90K-$110K, Bonuses based on KPIs available

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Serve as the lead day-to-day POC for advertiser/ad agency relationships on campaign operations (pacing, vitals, reporting).
  • Present up-sell opportunities for all current clients using data driven recommendations
  • Partner closely with Ad Ops & other Business Operations Teams on campaign activations & optimizations.
  • Become super user of the Ribeye platform and use expertise for client support tickets
  • Ensure on time & ease of launch for clients for all product offerings
  • Serve as the liaison between the client and the product/engineering teams
  • Partner with Product to further enhance the Ribeye platform using client driven feedback
  • Provide regularly scheduled communications and campaign updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable presenting insights, data & campaign metrics during client meetings and/or QBRs
  • Create new and streamline current processes to make your and others’ lives easier.

We’re excited if you have


  • 3 years experience in account management/client services at an ad tech or media company
  • In depth understanding of the programmatic, digital advertising ecosystem
  • Have helped manage or supported a book of business with multiple clients, prioritizing based on different factors
  • Reporting intelligence with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Desire for collaboration, creative brainstorms and proactive client engagement
  • Process-oriented personality
  • Meticulous and organized in your work
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
