The Executive Assistant will serve as administrative support for the Chief Financial Officer and Location Operations Manager, ensuring that departmental and company goals are accomplished and operations run efficiently. In this role, you will maintain and refine internal processes that support executives and coordinate resources to expedite workflows. Responsibilities include managing communication with employees, liaising with internal and external contacts, managing calendars, planning meetings and events, and handling information requests. You will also be responsible for Social Media Marketing for our four locations, including The Maddalena Restaurant, 1917 Bistro, Paso Robles Tasting Room, Jada Vineyards, and our Ontario Tasting Room.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide administrative support to the CFO and Locations Operations Manager for personal and business needs.
- Flexibility in taking on special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Answer phone calls and emails, and prepare & edit correspondence, memos, and letters.
- Assist with meeting preparation, logistics, and documents and presentations.
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records, reports, and reference materials.
- Coordinate signatures for check requests.
- Work independently and within a team-oriented environment, meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
- Represent the company’s best interests in actions.
- May require working some weekends and holidays.
