The Challenge

The Design Manager will have the opportunity to design products for this vision . You will strive to elevate our brands through a design language that is commercially accessible to a wide range of consumers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s and / or master’s degree in industrial and / or fashion design
- 5-10 years established experience with a demonstrated background in Product Design and Development
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of creatives
- Experience working directly with Asian factories
- Soft and hard goods design experience
- Creative design leadership experience is essential
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, OneNote, Word), Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of 3D modeling, surfacing, and rapid prototyping is preferable
- Advanced English language skills
- Keen sense of market and societal trends and their impact on design direction within the industry
- Ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through visualization and mockups
