What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

• Assist Controller in all daily functions of accounting, payroll, and title departments
• Review and produce various daily, weekly, and monthly reports that are both accurate and timely
• Create and reconcile complex accounts
• Be able to work independently and often with tasks that arise at the spur of the moment
• Work with staff daily to assist with any needs that arise
• Assist with managing the physical office to ensure that it remains a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors
• Assist with month end duties

Essential Job Functions:

• College degree required, Accounting or Finance preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment requiring quick thinking and analytical skills
• Must be able to problem solve using education and experience as well as the tools at your disposal at Ricart
• Must be able to train/teach/develop staff
• Experience in Accounting, Payroll, and some Titles knowledge preferred
• Car industry background preferred
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Google Suites, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Sound decision making and the ability to multitask
