What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reconditioning Hourly Technician position at Ricart Automotive?

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:
- Test drive vehicles to evaluate repair concerns
- Repair vehicles based on diagnosed issues and repair estimate
- Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure issues have been fixed and resolved
- Perform quality inspections
- File appropriate documentation on each repair
- Keep up to date on all manufacturer information and training that will affect repairs of vehicles (recalls, etc.)
Essential Job Functions:
- Must have 1-3 years of experience as a service technician
- Certain manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work 3rd shift hours (9 PM to 6 AM)
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
