Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all operational activities within RICCA CHEMICAL COMPANY LLC.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Oversee inventory management and control to minimize costs and prevent stockouts.

Qualifications
Required Education:

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

- Experience with safety regulations and compliance, particularly in a chemical environment.
