Experienced Receptionist (Part-time)

The Riccardo Maggiore Salon is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our business! This agent of beauty will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide them with phenomenal service.

Candidates MUST HAVE reception experience. Applicants should be computer literate, multi-taskers who possess outstanding customer service skills and enjoy an upscale environment.

Must be able to work:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. Saturdays are a must.

Tuesday and Thursday: 1PM to close, and Saturday 11am to close. (Close is Approx. 7:30 PM)

Hours may be increased on busier days for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• answering phones
• booking appointments
• checking customers in and out
• keeping the Front Desk running smoothly
• customer service

Social media experience is a plus

Previous experience with Meevo, Millennium, Booker or other booking system is a plus
