Ricci Law Firm is looking for a Personal Injury Associate to join our team in providing exceptional legal assistance and care for those suffering life-altering injuries. We are the gold standard for client service and results. As a part of this team, you will join Brian Ricci and his dedicated team of attorneys in their personal commitment to advocating for compensation on behalf of our clients. We have offices located all over Eastern NC and will take a remote attorney with the right experience. The NC Bar is Required.

Duties
- Research relevant case law and statutory precedent.
- Analyzes legal documents and briefs, ensuring accurate statements and depictions of facts, case law, and precedent provided.
- Prepares various types of correspondence with parties of the assigned case.
- Prepares, files, and delivers a variety of legal documents, including affidavits, petitions, and pleadings.
- Drafts and files court documents and supporting papers.
- Takes witness statements and depositions.
- Attends negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and other meetings as required.

- Thorough understanding of law, court procedures, court systems, and rules of the assigned jurisdiction.

Education and Experience
- Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal education required; superior academic credentials preferred.
- Admission to NC State Bar
