Job Overview
As an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in each patient’s orthodontic journey, from the day they receive their first set of Invisalign aligners or get their braces put on to their final smile reveal! Your role requires technical skills, problem solving, communication, and efficiency, while always ensuring each patient feels cared for and informed about their treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist chairside during procedures
- Utilize dental terminology and dental assisting skills
- Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Perform basic tasks such as taking x-rays, patient photographs, and intraoral scans
- Properly sterilize instruments, disinfect rooms, and restock/keep track of inventory
- Take accurate chart notes written in English
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking patients
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and empathetic approach
- Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a similar healthcare field is preferred
- Familiarity with orthodontic terminology, insurance processes, and treatment plans is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hard worker, self-motivated, and willing to be cross-trained
- Positive attitude, team player, and loves people
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is .

Location: 7950 NW 53rd St, Unit 126, Doral, FL
Hours: 4 days a week between Monday-Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
