Ricciardi's Italian Ice is a small business in FOOD_BEVERAGE_SERVICES in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are professional, agile and our goal is to give the customers an amazing experience and create a vacation memory. The shift is 6am-2:30 or 2pm-10:30pm.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations at our beach carts on the beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, customer service, and event management. Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of employees to ensure smooth operations - Manage 10-15 beach carts on the beach- Deliver supplies, Italian ice, and change to workers on the ATV on the beach safely-Make sure all employees are relieved for a break-Maintain fair zone locations for each worker-Manage day-to-day activities, including cash handling and guest services - Coordinate and oversee events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently - Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality - **M UST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD!! - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Preferred Skills: - Events management experience is a plus - - Ability to effectively manage resources and prioritize tasks This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
