What will you be doing?

• Use your full-stack development expertise with an emphasis on React and robust Golang ecosystems.
• Work with top executives and a diverse range of internal teams to cultivate strong communication and alignment across the board.
• Lead a talented and passionate team of Software Engineers, focused on scaling their capabilities as they adapt and grow with this company’s innovative products.
• Play an integral role in shaping the architecture and design discussions, driving toward optimal and creative solutions.
• Champion the quality and timely delivery of our software team’s projects, ensuring excellence in everything we produce.
• Manage a variety of client projects from inception to completion, typically spanning from a few days to several weeks, all while guaranteeing that client expectations are not just met but exceeded with professionalism.

What are the minimum qualifications?

• Experience at a director or management level in software development.
• Proven product development experience.
• Experience in architecture and design.
• Background in full-stack development, including React/JavaScript and Golang or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with deployment tools.
• Database experience, particularly with Postgres or similar databases.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience in the field.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 190k – 210k
