What will you be doing?
- Contribute to the architecture, design, and integration of embedded systems for aviation products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Engineering and Product Management to assist in defining system requirements and specifications for new features and products
- Assist in developing system models, prototypes, and documentation to support design and implementation
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, including safety and reliability regulations
- Participate in evaluating and selecting hardware and software components for system design
- Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in embedded systems and aviation
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
- 10-25 years of total experience
- 5-7 years of experience in System Engineer or Systems Architect roles for embedded products
- Regulated embedded product industry experience such as Aviation (preferred), Medical Devices, Aerospace/Defense, etc.
- Proficiency in embedded system design, including hardware-software integration.
- Understanding of system-level requirements, architecture design, and implementation
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for aviation systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in technical teams

Salary: 150k – 175k Bonus & 401k (4% match)
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
