Senior Electrical Engineer, Analog, Sensor or Radar Experience Dallas, TX
Work with a leading technology innovator for all applications, from aircraft to automotive torefrigeration and more.Design of electronic and electromechanical products for industrial market segments. Design and develop products that meet customers requirements by customizing existing or developing new product designs.
This opportunity will allow you to own and lead a project from beginning to production.Participate in PCB design, primarily analog and firmware development.

What will you be doing?
Report to the Engineering Manager and work in a multi-functional teamNew product design and developmentAbility to lead a project from inception through productionDesign new products (end items and components) in accordance with project plans and scheduleDeveloping and prototyping PCB layouts, ensuring optimal placement and routing for signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal managementDevelop and maintain design requirement specifications, test plans, control plans, and technical data sheets for newer productsDevelop firmware for products using C languageDevelop testing systems and procedures. Conducting thorough testing and validation of electronic hardware, including functional testing, performance characterization, and environmental testing (e.g., temperature, humidity, vibration)Interface with customers and participate in system and field testing of electronic products.Lead cross-functional teams to optimize new designs to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements driven by specific customer or market needs.What are the minimum qualifications?
Bachelors in electrical engineering or a related discipline8 years of experience in electronics design / testingStrong proficiency in analogy design with some digital design experienceExperience with sensor or radar technologyUnderstanding measurementsStrong knowledge of test equipment and its operation for analog / digital circuitsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat will make your rsum stand out?
Knowledge of Microchip, STMicro, or TI microprocessorsHigh frequency and circuit designKnowledge of wireless sensor communication such as BLE, IoT, etc.Familiarity with signal processing techniques and tools like MATLAB and LabVIEWExperience with High Volume Design for ManufacturabilityProficiency in embedded programming using CFamiliar with DMM / Oscilloscope / Signal Generators / Power Supplies and any other equipment required to complete daily dutiesProficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automationLocation : Dallas, TX area,in-office
