Expense Reduction Analyst

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is looking for a motivated Expense Reduction Analyst to join our financial team. In this role, you will analyze the company's expenditures and identify potential savings opportunities. You will work collaboratively with various departments to implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze expenditures across departments to identify trends and spending patterns
• Recommend cost-saving measures and enhancements to current processes
• Collaborate with department heads to develop actionable plans for expense reduction
• Monitor the implementation of cost-saving strategies and track their effectiveness
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations
• Conduct regular audits of expenses to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Stay updated on industry benchmarks and best practices for expense management

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or cost management
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with expense management software is a plus
