CRM Manager and Inside Sales Representative
Position Overview
The CRM Manager and Inside Sales Representative overseeing the implementation and utilization of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within an inside sales team, ensuring accurate data entry, effective lead management, and analysis of sales performance metrics to optimize customer interactions and drive sales growth, primarily through phone and online communication channels
Position Logistics:
Reports to the Vice President of Commercialization
Located on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico
May Require minimum travel
Responsibilities:
CRM System Administration:
· Managing the CRM platform, including user access, data cleansing, customization, and updates to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
Sales Data Analysis:
- Analyzing sales data within the CRM to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and areas for improvement, generating reports to inform sales strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
Sales Process Optimization:
· Lead Management - Overseeing the lead generation and qualification process within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and effective lead nurturing
· Implementing and refining sales processes within the CRM to streamline lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure.
Customer Service and Retention and Performance Monitoring
· Tracking key sales metrics like conversion rates, sales cycle length, and customer lifetime value using CRM data to assess individual and team performance
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee the management of customer service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and issue resolution
- Implement customer retention programs to maintain and grow the customer base
· Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
Required Skills:
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively coach sales representatives on CRM usage
- Proficiency in data management practices to maintain data accuracy within the CRM
- Understanding of sales principles and best practices
- Identify and address training and development needs within the sales team and arrange for said CRM Training
Qualifications and Experience
· Experience in market research and analysis
· Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ideal candidate will have a BA in Business Administration or similar education/experience
· Minimum of 1 year in CRM Management as a stakeholder or leader
· Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
· Understanding of sales, marketing, business development, and customer service
· Strong presentation skills
· Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
· Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving commercial goals
· Experience in market research and analysis
