Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of maintenance-related supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and support company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred) but not required. Will consider work experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management or a related role. Cement industry experience is a plus and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office Suite is required.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays to support operational needs.
Operational Hours 8-hour shift; 5 days p/wk. OR 10-hour shift; 4 days p/wk.
Basic Qualifications
· 18 years or older with high school diploma/GED.
· Speak and understand English well enough to communicate effectively. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
· Must be able to legally work in the US and provide supporting documentation.
· Mentally alert and physically able cross train and perform all positions and functions.

· Albuquerque, NM 87107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
