Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, or PhD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs. This role involves working with diverse populations, including those with disabilities, and addressing a range of issues such as behavioral challenges, gender concerns, and emotional well-being. The Psychotherapist will play a crucial role in promoting positive mental health outcomes through effective counseling and therapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ICD-10 standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Skills
- Proficiency in psychopharmacology and understanding its application in treatment.
- Strong background in outpatient care and patient management.
- Experience with school-age and adolescent therapy preferred
- Proficiency with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
