Description
Seeking (LCSW, LPC, MFT) for our rural health clinic to be an integral role in providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and or groups. These roles involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health and behavioral issues. LCSW, LPC and MFT are essential in supporting the mental health and well-being of our clients, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and coping strategies.
- Advocate our clients' needs and connect them with community resources and services.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in related field.
- Current licensure in Kansas.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Specialization in areas such as trauma, addiction, or child welfare is a plus.
