Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Coaching : Mentor a team of five claim assistants, offering guidance on client communication, case management, and personal development.

Quality Assurance : Review and ensure the accuracy of case files, documentation, and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Negotiation Expertise : Collaborate with insurance adjusters to secure favorable settlements and respond decisively to offers.

Workflow Optimization : Partner with our Director of Legal Services to streamline case management processes and reduce time on desk.

Client Advocacy : Educate and support clients throughout their case journey, setting clear expectations and maintaining open communication.

Collaboration : Work seamlessly with the litigation team to ensure a smooth handoff when necessary.

Your Background :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal injury insurance claims adjuster.

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a talent for coaching and inspiring a team.

Exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to achieving justice for clients.

Proficiency in case management software and a meticulous approach to documentation and compliance.

A client-first mindset, with the ability to balance empathy with strategic decision-making.
