Responsibilities Include: Maintains overall management responsibilities for the Subway Restaurant. Directs food preparation personnel to ensure food adheres to standards of quality to maintain cleanliness of restaurant and equipment Coordinates activities of workers engage in keeping business records, collecting, and paying accounts, ordering or purchasing supplies, and delivery of foodstuff to retail customers. Interviews, Hires, Discharges, Trains and Evaluates all restaurant personal.

Candidates should have knowledge in Schedule making, Inventory Control and Ordering Products and Supplies for store operation.

• Expected hours: 40 hrs per week

Pre-requisites:

• Education: High school diploma
• Experience: Sufficient exposure, generally a minimum of two (2) years in QSR establishments as counter server, food preparer, shift manager, or assistant unit manager.
• Physical: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (6) hours in length and have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 45 to 50 hours a week.

Skills:
- Proficient in kitchen management, food handling, and food preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control procedures.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
