Rice Trailers is seeking a Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. In this role, you'll lead the charge in creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that amplify our brand and drive engagement.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow Rice Trailers' online presence and align with business objectives.
• Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, and written posts) that reflects Rice Trailers' brand, values, and product offerings.
• Monitor and manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and customer engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools; prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
• Stay current on industry trends, social media updates, and emerging platforms to ensure Rice Trailers remains innovative and competitive.
• Assist with other marketing or administrative tasks as needed to support the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of content and campaigns.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategy.
• Proficiency in graphic design to create visually appealing content.
• Basic or advanced video editing skills, with a demonstrated ability and willingness to progress in this area as needed for the role.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks outside of social media responsibilities as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
