What are the responsibilities and job description for the Invoicing Administrator position at Riceboro?
The purpose of the Invoicing Administrator is to manage correct and timely invoicing to customers of our Paper Division within NAPP. Focused on communicating appropriately and providing our customers with quality on time service. This position works cooperatively with a wide variety of people throughout the organization to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices/credits daily for both Reading and Riceboro shipments through Panther. Reading is about an hour and Riceboro is about 2 ½ hours.
- Receive manifests from shipping and create invoices from them.
- Verify customer, price, freight, and any additional allowances/exceptions.
- Print invoice.
- Create credits when necessary.
- Generate invoices daily for both Reading and Riceboro Trade shipments through SAP. Timing is 3-6 hours depending on volume.
- Receive invoice from trade vendor via email.
- Verify pricing and match to BOL.
- Create a goods receipt from Trade vendor invoice.
- Create an invoice from the GR.
- Email trade invoice to A/P for payment.
- Maintain electronic filing of all billing in the respective mill systems.
- Assist Controllers and Shared Services with customer billing issues/questions.
Skills, Education & Qualifications
- Highschool diploma required, a BA or BS in Business preferred and or invoicing A/R related functions
- 3 - 5 years related experience
- SAP Experience desired
- Solid organization skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Access
