Experience Required
- Extensive knowledge of Identity and AccessManagement Infrastructure
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory,EntraID, ADLDS, RACF and Other LDAP
- Proven experience in integrating variousDirectory Services to support single sign-on
- Experience in other Microsoft technologiessuch as Microsoft Identity Manager, SQL Server and IIS
- Proficient in programming in CSharp, .NET,Powershell and other scripting languages
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow is highly desired
- Research market trends pertaining to Identityand Access Management, recommend best practices and mentor team to buildnecessary competency
- Ability to quickly establish credibility andtrustworthiness with the organization.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentationskills.
- Familiarize with existing IAM environment andwork with other team members on resolving issues and recommend enhancements
- Frequently meet with infrastructure andapplication teams to gather project requirements
- Develop architecture plan for IAM environmentand other integrated systems
- Facilitate conversation with various teamsduring every phase of project implementation
- Ensure project design and implementationfollowing already defined guidelines by the organization
- Develop disaster recovery plan for IAMenvironment
- Oversee build of the environment and validatethe environment to meets all security and compliance controls
- Document system changes/enhancements and ensureinformation is distributed to team members
