PS 5 (AI Chatbot Developer)

JFS isseeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer whowill develop intelligent chatbot solutions integrated with the Microsoftecosystem and has some experience developing chatbots using Google CCAIServices. Responsibilities include building conversational interfacesintegrating with natural language processing or generative AI and connectingchatbot systems to other software applications. AI Chatbot Developer isresponsible for designing and delivering data access through APIs and ensuringthat these solutions are securely deployed. The goal is to create a chatbotexperience that is both conversational and natural engaging and intuitive.

Responsibilities include :

Developapplications that interact with web services APIs and other softwareapplications.

Designing the overall structure ofthe chatbot solution including determining necessary features user flow API developmentand integration with other systems.

Implementing and tuning NaturalLanguage Processing techniques to improve chatbots understanding and responseaccuracy.

Training deploying AI models andchatbot performance monitoring by creating and utilizing Dashboards.

Creating custom indexes managingdata sources and tuning intent matches to improve accuracy and relevance ofresults within the chatbot context.

Designing conversational flows thatprovide a seamless and intuitive user experience. Strong focus on making thechatbot interactions as humanlike and engaging as possible.

Analyzing chatbot interaction datato identify patterns trends and areas for improvement. Preparing reports onchatbot performance metrics.

Identifying and resolving issuesrelated to chatbot performance including debugging and updating the system asnecessary.

Ensuring the chatbot complies withdata privacy laws and maintaining high standards of security especially whenhandling sensitive user data.

Working effectively withcrossfunctional teams including business analysts UX designers and projectmanagers. Good communication skills are essential.

Collaborateeffectively with Automation CoE team members and incorporate the establishedstandards and adhere to organization process and ensure that solutions alignwith target architectures and technology roadmaps.

Plan Initiate and spearhead proofof concept initiatives using emerging technologies.

Skills and Credentials :

Extensive knowledge of developing chatbots using Microsofts Bot Framework.Familiarity with Azure services like Azure Bot Service Azure AI Search andAzure AI Language Service and Microsoft CoPilot is very important.

Ability to integrate chatbots with various Microsoft services (likeOffice 3NA Sharepoint) and thirdparty APIs to enhance functionality.

Ability to develop AI chatbots using Google CCAI Services create andutilize Looker Dashboards for performance monitoring of implemented chatbots ispreferred

Strong programming skills in languages such as C# .NET JavaScript orPython. Experience in developing testing and deploying chatbot applications.

Ability to facilitate and leading discussions with business SMEs

Ability to create and present Chatbot proposals and communicate bothbusiness and technical concepts.

Ability to lead and conduct emerging technology analysis and conductproof of concept initiatives.

Experience in training and deploying AI models.

Experience in leading efforts to create technology solutions andarchitectures impacting critical areas of the business.

Ability to establish and maintain a highlevel of customer trust andconfidence.

Ability to think critically and solve problems.

Strong consultative skills at a crossfunctional level.

Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information systems or relateddiscipline or equivalent and extensive related project experience; Mastersdegree preferred.

Five years of experience in IT with 2 years Microsoft ChatbotDeveloper experience and five years .NET Developer experience

AI Chatbot Developer Experience using Microsoft Bot Framework ismandatory and Google CCAI Services is preferred.

Minimum of five years of handson design and implementation experiencein IT with knowledge in a minimum of two of the following technicaldisciplines :
