Title : Operations Analyst / Performance Management Analyst
Location : All roles are Hybrid 2-3 days / week in the Sacramento Data Center - NA01 Luzon Ave, CA, NANA8
Travel : Able to travel 1-2 / week to various sites within our footprint, primarily the Sacramento area, SF, south SF, Santa Rosa, and occasionally Portland / Seattle areas. Candidates will be reimbursed for travel.
Duration : Contract to Hire - 4-6 months
Overview :
Develop, implement, and improve tools and systems to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, manage operational reporting, and provide analytical support to the senior operations team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversees performance data generation, analysis, reporting, and compliance with KPI reporting requirements.
- Maintains and organizes operational data and generates trend analysis and other reports.
- Conducts comprehensive analyses of operational information and reports to identify areas of focus and need.
- Design and implement a robust reporting framework to track key operational metrics and KPIs.
- Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate potential solutions based on factors such as features, scalability, cost, and compatibility with existing systems.
- Offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise during implementation and usage.
- Supports Senior Management on presentations and special project analyses.
- Works collaboratively to develop and support new processes and solutions to ongoing, systemic issues.
- Supports projects across a range of companies and departments.
- Works with various departments and senior operations management to identify and develop new metrics for tracking performance quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
