- Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational and individual-focused change management strategy tailored to the CCWIS project.
- Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to facilitate the needed change.

Education and Certifications
Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or other related field.
Prosci Change Management Certification; Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements. (Required)
