Job Description
Riceland Foods is hiring a bookkeeper to assist with daily operations at Stuttgart Grain Dryer. General hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm with overtime and weekends as needed. During harvest season hours will vary.

Job Description
Riceland Foods is hiring a bookkeeper to assist with daily operations at Stuttgart Grain Dryer. General hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm with overtime and weekends as needed. During harvest season hours will vary.
Job Duties
- Work directly with farmer members and assist them with various tasks such as marketing their crops.
- Reconcile daily inventory records
- Assist with maintaining inventory
- Basic housekeeping
- Answer phones
- Enter daily inventory tickets
- Assist with purchasing
- Assist with payroll
- Assist with New Hire Orientation
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
