Job Description
Riceland Foods is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to support the finance team to ensure the company’s goals and initiatives are met.
This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s members services operations, including patron instruction and communication, member account management, and handling member mailouts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization. The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Job Duties
Patron Instruction:
- Assist patrons with changes to their accounts
- Preparation of daily advances
- Assist patrons with income and deduction statements
- Field daily questions from patrons and develop strong relationships with members
Member Services:
- Administering liens
- Updating base capital forms
- Initiating member payments
- Instructing members on transfers, estates, and hardship payments
Bank Relationship Management:
- Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Monitor member checks and assist with controls through positive pay
Other Support:
- Provide general support to the Treasurer and broader finance team
- Deliver exemplary service to our members by correspondence via mail, phone, web, and mobile applications
- Maintaining unclaimed and outstanding member check reports
Requirements:
- Associate degree from two-year college or technical school and/or 2 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions and tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
