Job Description
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes. This role provides administrative support to the human resource team as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
Job Duties
- Processes required documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and onboarding of new employees.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions as needed.
- Assists the HR team in completing I-9 forms, verifies I-9 documentation, and helps to maintain I-9 files.
- Assists with processing of terminations in ADP system.
- Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end.
- Assists new employees coming in to get drug test and physical paperwork.
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Files / Scans documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Processes mail as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Corresponds with temp agencies to fill open positions for hiring managers as needed.
