Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage and maintain database systems, including MySQL and other relational databases.
- Design, implement, and optimize database structures for performance and scalability.
- Develop and execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SSIS to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Perform regular backups and recovery procedures to safeguard data.
- Collaborate with development teams to support application requirements related to database design.
- Conduct regular audits of database security and access controls.
- Document database configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience in database administration with a strong focus on MySQL or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems is preferred.
- Experience with SSIS for ETL processes is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and best practices.
- Ability to smash through challenges with innovative solutions while vaticinating future needs of the database environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $97,784.00 - $120,000.00 per year
