We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a 3rd Shift Sanitation CIP Operator.

Summary

· The 3rd shift setup operator is to ensure that machine breakdown and setup is always performed as efficient as possible at a reasonable pace.

· Will train all team members assigned to perform all functions associated with setup and breakdown of the machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Performs the daily breakdown and set-up of all machinery and equipment, including but not limited to the Vitaline machine, sandwich machine, cup/cones machine.

· Set-up of necessary piping and connections associated with the CIP (Clean in Place) System, installing charts in CIP recorder, oversees chemical usage and titration of the CIP. All other duties assigned by Management.

· Must understand setup schedule in advance based on production and tank schedule for the week to ensure all equipment, tanks, machinery, etc. for the next production day is properly cleaned and set up for immediate use.

· Responsible to work with maintenance, QA, and experienced team members to solve problems that may arise with the equipment, process, or people.

· Ensure the department is compliant with safety and environmental regulations. Any hazard must be reported to the sanitation manager / management immediately.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Familiar with CIP systems in the dairy field.

· Be able to speak, write, and communicate in fluent English.

· Physically capable of lifting and manually taking apart machinery and equipment.

· Great organization and planning skills.

· Open to learning new skills.

· Great at problem solving.

· Capable of working in a teamwork setting.

· Must have excellent attendance.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Industrial cleaning: 1 year (Required)
