PURPOSE STATEMENT
Rich’s is growing our Enterprise Architecture team and we are looking for a collaborative, self-directed, and globally focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product’s corporate global growth strategy. In this role you will routinely work with leaders from across the globe and at World Headquarters (WHQ) to create new solutions that meet business needs.
This SAP Solution Architect reports to the VP, Chief Enterprise Architect and is responsible for the successful expansion, design, delivery, and implementation of SAP solutions to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise.
As a SAP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that maximize the effectiveness of the SAP platform in our organization. The SAP Solution Architect holds responsibility for advising cross functional teams to implement data and system integration within and outside the organization. Responsibilities include leading, guiding and coordinating cross application/platform integration in support of on-time delivery of business projects and initiatives. In this capacity, the employee will focus on building/maintaining a trusted relationship with business functions and regions, enhancing the existing IT solutions and creating a platform roadmap and strategy in coordination with the Global Applications and Infrastructure teams. In addition, the employee will play a key role in Richs’s transition to the newest SAP platform, S/4 HANA.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
Leading the development of the solution architecture for strategic projects, partnering with Application Development teams to deliver a cohesive, forward-thinking, and adaptable architecture.- Partnering with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D and other Digital service line teams as well user community to ensure successful and timely capturing of business requirements.
- Defining system and service architecture design criteria and lead modeling sessions with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
- Defining platform architecture for SAP platforms across Rich’s enterprise application portfolio and ensure solution alignment to platform strategy of all major software solutions.
- Lead/Support prototyping, blueprinting functional design, cross module integration, guide the business in utilizing the platform functionality to the best extent possible, including the review of business processes and system integration challenges.
- Make sure SAP out of the box (global template) is adhered and need to validate/address any deviations
- Identifying capabilities, tools, standards, best practices necessary to meet functional area objectives, emerging issues, and future needs.
- Working with the Enterprise Architects and the business to successfully perform gap analysis for complex projects and to translate the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications.
- Utilizing industry best practices to analyze, plan, design, develop, integrate, implement, manage enterprise architecture, its associated contents, and data in support of ERP migration across multi-functional domain areas.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one end to end SAP S/4HANA green field implementation experience and overall, 10 years of SAP experience
- Excellent hands-on SAP ECC skills (technical & functional)
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Understand some localization requirements
- Ability to go deep and wide on relevant technologies key to maximize the return on SAP capabilities
- Knowledge of SAP cloud-based integration, BTP and Fiori
- Thorough understanding of software development, governance and project management in a geographically spread-out team environment
- Experience in SAP Central Finance, System Landscape Transformation (SLT Model), SAP Integration capabilities e.g. PI/PO
- SAP S/4 Architecture, Deployment Options
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Food services industry experience preferred.
