Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including auto estimating for repairs.
- Manage service appointments and maintain effective communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Promote additional services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and maintenance based on customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions regarding services rendered.
Skills
- Proficiency in auto estimating and understanding of automotive repair processes, including shocks struts, oil change, brake repair and engine repair.
- Experience in auto service management to efficiently oversee service operations.
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote services and products to customers.
- Excellent cash handling abilities to manage transactions accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
