This position is for the Rich’s Car Wash in Mobile, Alabama.
Regional, car wash chain seeking professional, self-motivated, friendly, responsible, honest, hard working employees. Must enjoy working outdoors and have a pleasant, customer focused and friendly disposition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead at times shifts with multiple employees and leading wash operations in the absence of the Site Manager as directed by Site Manager
- Assists in training and developing employees
- Grow customer base by driving membership sales and increasing the profitability of the store
- Keep the site neat, clean and appealing to customers
- Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service experience
- Perform preventative maintenance and be able make any repairs necessary to produce a clean and shiny car at all times
- Assist in chemical inventory, usage and costs
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time in all weather conditions
- Ensure that all safety protocols are taught and practiced daily
- Ability to drive store growth thru personal sales and motivating team members to do so by example and coaching
- Friendly and charming personality that attracts customers and builds team morale
- Ability to work 40-45 hours per week and weekends (Mornings and Afternoons)
- Open Availability to work various shifts
- Be high energy with a sense of urgency in all duties
- Open and Close store while using all software associated with duties
- Answer any customer questions and professionally handle any incidents or customer complaints that may arise
- High standard of ethics and excellent cash management skills
- Always punctual and on time
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume atmosphere
- Able to comply and oversee that all company policies are adhered too
- Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to details
- Possess a valid driver license and have dependable transportation
- Pay will consist of base pay plus commission on membership sales
