Job Summary:

Rich's Car Wash is seeking a dedicated and skilled Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of our technological systems across all locations. The successful candidate will provide on-site and remote technical support, manage a variety of systems—including camera surveillance, ePOS, and internet backup—and work on special projects to enhance our operational efficiency. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Service & General Tech Support:
• Report to the main office daily and travel to various car wash locations using a company vehicle.
• Serve as the go-to person for all tech-related issues, ensuring swift resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Camera Systems Management:
• Install, configure, and maintain camera systems to ensure reliable surveillance and security across all sites.
• Internet and Backup Solutions:
• Manage internet connectivity and backup systems to ensure consistent and reliable operations across all locations.
• Pay Station & POS Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve issues with pay stations and POS systems, minimizing downtime and supporting customer service efficiency.
• Application Support:
• Provide support for essential business applications (e.g., Basecamp, Teams) to ensure smooth communication and project management.
• Systems Integration:
• Design, implement, and maintain integrated systems that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and project managers to define and meet integration requirements.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
• Document integration processes, system configurations, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in emerging technologies to recommend system improvements.
• End-User Training:
• Provide technical support and training for staff on integrated systems and software tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience in installing and maintaining camera systems.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, internet connectivity, and backup solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair pay stations and POS systems.
• Systems Integration:
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems.
• Familiarity with systems integration methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and data management tools.
• Analytical & Communication Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Additional Requirements:
• General tech-savviness with the ability to handle a wide range of technology-related tasks.
• Flexibility to work occasional late nights and travel to various locations as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
