Job Title: Sales Attendant

The Car Wash Sales Attendant is responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and achieving sales goals weekly and monthly.The Car Wash Sales Attendant position requires the employee to work closely with customers, as the first point of contact, to determine their needs and answer their questions. Listening to customers to understand their needs is key to suggesting and delivering the correct products and services.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers and identifying prospective membership customers.

· Manage transactions with customers using the computerized equipment and cash register.· Be knowledgeable about our memberships and services for relevant suggestions.

· Be accountable for weekly and monthly sales goals.

· Be knowledgeable about the product· Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion· Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

· Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems· Answer questions about the products.

· Accurately record new customer information.· Collaborate with colleagues most closely customer service.

· Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships· The above listed duties are general statements of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. They do not exclude other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Customer satisfaction-oriented· Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices

· A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus· Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS

· There is a 3%-5% sales goal per non-member car.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Well-organized and ability to problem solve

· Attention to detail· Available to work flexible shifts

· Physical stamina and dexterity

Physical Requirements:

· Heavy Work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

· Sitting or standing, bending, stooping, and the ability to carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.

· Constant adequate range of motion and mobility required.· Must be able to stand a minimum of 8 hours a day.

· Regular near acuity with clarity of vision at 20 inches or less required.

· Typical ability to collect and analyze numerical and written data and verbal information to reach logical conclusions and ability to determine the time, place and sequence of operations or actions required.

· Regular talking and the ability to express and exchange ideas by means of language expected.

· Regular hearing and the ability to perceive the nature of sounds.

· Constant ability to read, record, or type data quickly and accurately required.Environmental/Working Conditions:

· Working long hours between breaks or meals required.

· Ability to work under and handle stress in an appropriate manner required.

· May be exposed to high, medium, or low noise intensity.

· Constant contact with co-workers required.

· Exposure to fluctuations in temperatures may be required.

· Exposure to outdoor conditions may be required

Experience: Sales/Will Train company specifics

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Machinery/Tools/Equipment

Requirements: Must have the ability to use mobile devices, computer, fax, scanner, phone and copy machine.

Compensation/Benefits:Full Time (>32 Hours week on average):

· Entry level: $14 hour· Pending positive 90 day performance review: $15 hour

· Annual increases per performance review: $0.50· Maximum hourly rate: $16 hour

Bonus: This bonus is per membership sold Ceramic Guard Membership: $5 per membershipWax & Shine: $5 per membershipBasic: $5 per membership

You will receive base pay of $14 per hour along with above bonus per membership.
