Valley Estates of Mabelvale is searching for a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to lead our apartment community in Mabelvale, AR . If you have a proven track record in property management, exceptional leasing and renewal rates, and outstanding customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws .

Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful connections with residents.

Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using OneSite software .

Screen and qualify prospective residents.

Bid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, and manage maintenance staff and vendor relationships.

Address resident requests and complaints promptly and courteously.

Ensure completion of maintenance and repairs, and oversee the general upkeep of the property, including building and grounds.

Qualifications :

A minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience and one year of management experience .

LIHTC experience preferred .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software ( OneSite experience preferred ).

Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Empathetic leadership with the ability to enforce community rules effectively.
