RICH SOLAR is a leader in the renewable energy industry, specializing in off-grid solar solutions that empower adventure, sustainability, and energy independence. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Producer to join our team and bring our brand’s visual storytelling to life.
As a Multimedia Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that enhances our brand presence across various digital platforms. You will manage end-to-end production, including video shooting, photography, motion graphics, and post-production editing. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative vision to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Content Production & Creative Development
- Plan, script, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, photography, and multimedia content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Capture and produce product visuals, lifestyle content, corporate storytelling, and educational videos
- Oversee studio and on-location productions, including lighting, sound, and video equipment setup
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and brand-aligned content that informs and inspires customers
- Manage production timelines, shoot schedules, and project workflows to meet deadlines
- Organize and maintain video assets, raw footage, and content archives for easy accessibility
- Direct on-camera talent, interviews, and voice-over recordings when needed
- Edit and enhance content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate video quality
- Optimize multimedia content for distribution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital advertising platforms
- Adapt content to platform-specific requirements to maximize engagement
- Analyze performance metrics to refine video strategies and improve audience reach
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital media innovations, and evolving content strategies
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align content with business goals
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual storytelling across all platforms
- Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and production teams when necessary
- 7 years of experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional video, photography, and digital content work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve
- Advanced skills in cinematography, lighting, sound design, and video editing
- Experience operating professional cameras, drones, gimbals, and other production equipment
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital media trends, social media platforms, and audience engagement
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, visually compelling content
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, or 3D rendering
- Familiarity with off-grid solar, outdoor adventure, or renewable energy industries
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and digital advertising
- Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE)
