Waitstaff/Pizza Maker

Overview
We are seeking individuals who are interested in working and growing in a fast-paced environment. Servers starting pay is 2.13/hr plus tips, we will train you at 7.25/hr as needed. Starting pay for Pizza Makers is $14.00/hr and room to grow based on abilities and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools, with proficiency.
• Assist in meal preparation for catering events or special occasions as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, particularly in pizza preparation or fine dining settings and the ability to wait tables. Maintaining a clean work environment while on the job.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods and kitchen equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional meals to customers.
