Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Client service : Providing high-quality service to clients, including addressing coverage issues, answering questions, and solving problems.
Relationship building : Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and cross-selling products and services.
Policy management : Reviewing and changing policies as needed.
Communication : Communicating with clients in a timely and accurate manner, both verbally and in writing.
Documentation : Maintaining client files and documenting information electronically.
Renewal process : Assisting clients with the renewal process, including reviewing policies.
Policy changes : Processing policy changes, such as address changes, auto and property additions and deletions, and mortgagee changes.
Servicing of walk-in customers.
Requirement
We are looking for 3-5 years' experience and while not required, a license is preferred.
Salary : $47,000 - $53,000
