Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Solicit and write new business across Auto and Home Insurance. (Potentially Life and Commercial, as well.)
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
• Conduct front-line underwriting and rating for new accounts
• Stay informed on new products, initiatives, and industry trends
• Meet sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports for review

Requirements

Requirements

Must hold a Property & Casualty License. (A Life & Health license is a plus.)

Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills

Proactive problem-solver with a high level of initiative

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet performance goals

Basic PC skills and proficiency in technology
