Flagger/Traffic Control

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic on construction sites. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:

- Monitor and direct traffic flow on construction sites, ensuring that all vehicles and personnel are aware of potential hazards.
- Identify and mark potential hazards, such as utility lines and underground pipes, using specialized equipment.
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure that all equipment and materials are safely transported and stored on site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Experience:

- Familiarity with construction site operations, including the use of specialized equipment and materials.
- Experience in traffic control.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in a physically demanding environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 70 per week

Experience:

• Driving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
