Our client is a fast growing Renewable Natural Gas company in Houston, TX and they are seeking a Compliance Manager with RNG experience.
This person will be responsible for ensuring adherence to EPA regulations under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), with a specific focus on Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs). This role includes managing RINs reporting, certification processes, and ensuring compliance through data analysis, auditing, and preparing regulatory reports.
Key responsibilities include overseeing RINs transactions, assisting with RINs inventory management, coordinating RINs pathway certifications for new RNG plants, and supporting EPA audits. The position also involves monitoring industry trends to guide RINs sales and planning, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
