Lead Investor Relations efforts to strengthen relationships with analysts' buy-side / sell-side and investors. This position offers high company visibility working with all key executive and senior level decision makers.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Relations Specialist
Leading Investor Relations efforts to strengthen relationships with analysts' buy-side / sell-side and investors. This position offers high company visibility working with all key executive and senior level decision makers. Key projects include the quarterly earnings process, including preparation and distribution of the press release, and earnings. Perform regular evaluation of analyst models and estimates. Manage and maintain financial models to assess how analyst estimates align with internal forecasts. Support the planning and execution of the annual calendar of Investor Relations activities.
Requirements of the Corporate Relations Specialist
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited University or College
2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research
