Our client is a private residential real estate investment group who focuses on land acquisition and development nationwide. Their primary focus for the Texas market is to develop best in class master-planned communities. To do this, they are looking to hire a Director of Land Development to base in Houston, TX.


This group will deliver over 1,000 finished lots this year and is consistently looking at potential acquisitions throughout Houston and other Texas markets.


This is a lean and entrepreneurial group. This new Director of Land Development will have a major impact on the continued growth of the company. If you are an experienced land development professional with builder/developer experience, I would encourage you to apply.
